Use the email button at the bottom of the page as contact to request an application. An application can be emailed or faxed back to you. We require a $35 screening fee per person. This can be handle by credit card over the phone. You can request this at application time. Your site manager will be happy to assist you. You can also visit the manager on site at a mutually agreeable time. Please use the phone number or email provided.
Screening typically takes two to three days to complete. Your on-site manager will contact you by phone or email if you choose.
We check for felonies, violent offenses and drug related charges. We also check with previous landlords regarding damages and conduct. Our hope is to provide a clean and safe environment for all of our residents.
We have been investing and managing only our own properties since 1987. Our business started in the Puget Sound area then and we are still here. Our goals is to acquire, hold and manage apartments communities for the long haul. Therefore, we are concerned about your welfare. We want you to be with us as long as you wish.

during regular business hours. We are available from 9am to 5pm Monday
thru Friday excluding all national holidays.
